Mason City, Iowa – This Easter Sunday sure looked a lot nicer than it felt.
It was very chilly and windy, so many stayed indoors to celebrate their favorite family traditions.
Here we see Hy-Vee East in Mason City packed with folks enjoying an already-prepared Easter meal.

While it may not be the tradional family get together, those enjoying their Easter meal are happy to share their favorite part of the spring holiday.
“Ah we go out to eat with family and just hang out with family,” said Mike Brass.
“Oh I think the church is so remarkable all the things they do in church,” said Lynnea Smith.
