We saw rain showers ending later in the day today from a low pressure passing by to the south. Skies will clear on the back side of that low pressure before another little secondary low and cold front move through Friday night into Saturday. That next low pressure and cold front won’t bring any rain with it, but it will bring some colder air to the region.
That won’t be the end of the lows and the cold air. A low pressure will stall out to our west and slowly drift through. That will bring us some scattered showers and thunderstorms Sunday and again on Monday. The storms will end but periods of showers will continue on Tuesday and into Wednesday. The colder air will continue to drain in on the back side of that low pressure too keeping temperatures well below normal in the upper 40s to lower 50s.
