COLUMBUS, Minn. (AP) — Two suspects have been arrested in the death of a Vadnais Heights man who was found dead in the northern Twin Cities suburb of Columbus this week.
Authorities announced Friday that the two were booked into the Anoka County Jail on Thursday on suspicion of aiding and abetting second-degree murder.
The Star Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/10Cq7vh ) the suspects are a husband and wife from Columbus. Neither has been formally charged.
The Anoka County sheriff’s office on Friday also identified the victim as 50-year-old Doua Yang. Deputies found his body next to his vehicle in a cul-de-sac Monday night.
The sheriff’s office hasn’t said how Yang died, but notes that investigators don’t believe he had any ties to the area where he was found.
