MASON CITY, IA – If you’re still working on getting your taxes done, you might find some help from a resource you wouldn’t normally turn to.
Tax apps on your cell phone or other mobile device can help you navigate through some of your most difficult tax questions.
They can help you file returns and even track your refund.
Some of the top apps include – “Turbo Tax, Tax Central, and the “IRS2Go.”
U.S. Cellular officials say the apps are a welcome change.
U.S. Cellular Field Marketing Manager, Jody Duke said, “Technology has certainly changed from doing the paper filing with the taxes. And what technology has done today is it gets that information to us quicker and faster. In fact, what everyone wants to do is track that refund.”
And just a reminder: Your taxes are due Monday, April 15th.
