Rochester, MN - The North Iowa Bulls pulled off their biggest win of the national tournament so far beating the Twin Cities Northern Lights 5-1.
Like the Bulls, the Northern Lights dominated in their first two games of pool play. However, Patrick Sivets lit the lamp twice and goalie Matthew Bartels stopped 24 of 25 shots in what was a great team display.
With the win, the Bulls improved to 3-0 in pool play and earned a No. 1 seed in the semifinals on Sunday.
North Iowa will take on the Helena Bighorns at 6 p.m.
