Clear Lake, IA – Well so much for the warm temperatures.
Even local greenhouses are not looking forward to the snow, as they try set-up shop outdoors this week.
Kramer Ace Hardware was ready for spring planting.
They just opened up their garden center outdoors, but will soon have to undo all their hard-work and move it indoors.
Stephanie Castillo, Manager of the Garden Center, tells us, this recent forecast was shocking to hear.
“I’m like really its 70 degrees, super nice out and you’re telling me snow. I just said dang it,” said Castillo.
If you already started spring gardening, it’s recommended you cover them or bring them inside.
