The NIACC Baseball Team knew there was work to be done.  After falling behind 5-0 against Murray State on Wednesday afternoon, a rain delay pushed the conclusion of the matchup to Thursday morning.

But even on a new day, the result was the same.  Murray State knocked off NIACC 8-3, ending the Trojans run in the JUCO Division II World Series.

NIACC ends the year with a 31-18 record and a 5th place finish at the World Series.
