Woman Who Helped Bank Robbery Gets Paroled

MASON CITY, IA – A north Iowa woman convicted of helping with a bank robbery is now getting paroled.

Authorities say Emily Francis aided Allen Penhollow in the February 2012 robbery of First Citizen’s National Bank branch in Mason City.

Francis was sentenced to the crime nearly one year ago. On Monday, law enforcement said Francis was paroled and that she won’t be under constant supervision.
