Iowa police accuse man of leading high-speed chase

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (AP) — Sioux City police say a man led authorities on a high-speed chase before being cornered at a waste water plant.

Court documents say 19-year-old Trevon Pullian and two others stole a vehicle early Wednesday morning before driving it 90 mph in a 55 mph zone. The car was eventually wrecked.

The Sioux City Journal reports ( ) Pullian was later found hiding at the municipal waste water treatment plant.

Pullian faces charges of operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, aggravated eluding and criminal trespassing. Records do not list an attorney.

Authorities have not released additional information about the other individuals involved in the case, including whether they’re in custody.
