ALBERT LEA, MN — A local program is helping shape the future leaders in Albert Lea and Freeborn County.
The Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce, along with Riverland Community College, has wrapped up there 2012-2013 Leadership class.
It’s a community based leadership program for residents of Freeborn County
While helping develop leadership skills, it helps give attendees a glimpse of how they can serve in the community.
“When they come out of the program, they have an idea of where they might want to serve as a leader in the community,” Executive Director Randy Kehr said. “It might be in there workplace, where they want to take on more of a leadership role.”
He says registration for this year’s class is under way.
