One of the workouts Jason likes to use with his clients is the HIIT Workout, which stands for high intensity interval training.
Instead of moving at a steady pace, the goal is to break it up, moving between those moderate speeds and going all out
For example, you can move at a steady pace for 1 minute, then speed up to near max effort for 30 seconds and return to the slower pace.
HIIT workouts are versatile. You can use any type of machine inside gym, like the elliptical, stationary bike, treadmill or you can even try it on your outdoor run.
HITT workouts are perfect for those who have very busy schedules. All it takes is around 30-35 minutes. It’s an easy way to check the gym off your to-do list and move on with your day.
