ALBERT LEA, MN — In Albert Lea, the Independence Day celebration is happening on the water.
Folks lined Edgewater Bay as the Bayside Water Ski Show Team took to the lake today.
It’s all part of their annual Fourth of July show.
The event also signals the start of a busy schedule for the team.
“I think we got everybody ready and this summer we got a tournament that’s going to be in Waterloo in the last weekend of July,” Show Director Tim Frazier said. “We are going to have a few shows after that and then we’ll have a Labor Day show that’s going to be pretty big too.”
If you missed the action today, no worries, the team performs every Thursday night at 7 p.m. at Edgewater Bay.
