Walker was taken into custody unharmed. He is charged with first-degree burglary, assault causing injury, intimidation with a dangerous weapon and felon in possession of a firearm.

The officers involved in the shooting were identified as Theodore Stroope, a nine-year department veteran, and Jacob Hedlund, a six-year veteran. The officers will be placed on paid administrative leave until an investigation is complete.
