MONONA, IA – The Iowa Department of Public Safety is asking the public to be on the lookout for a wanted suspect.
Several arrest warrants have been issued for Troy Alan Laufenberg, of Monona. He’s wanted on charges of Child Endangerment, Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Investigators say the case began on July 15, when authorities were called to 103 1/2 East Center Street in Monona on a call of an injured child. That child remains hospitalized. Authorities determined that the home was shared by Laufenberg and Emily Voshell. The charges are related to evidence found when a search warrant was executed at the home on July 19.
Laufenberg’s whereabouts are not known at this time. Anyone with information that could lead to him is asked to contact the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation at 563-599-4239.
