CLEAR LAKE, IA – It’s aarrrrgubally the most unique celebration in our area.
The second annual Iowa-Minnesota Pirate Festival is taking place this weekend in Clear Lake.
People and pirates alike gather to enjoy shows, games, and demonstrations.
We met up with one pirate named Obadiah Jib, who says the festival has something for everyone.
“You’ve got vendors, crafters; you’ve got fine food, drink, plenty of scallywags like myself. We’ve got swag for the wee ones, games and lots of pretty ladies.”
The pirate festival continues through Sunday at PM Park.
