SIOUX CITY, Iowa (AP) — A fire official says it doesn’t appear that two people found dead in a Sioux City home are the victims of foul play.
City Fire Marshal Mark Aesoph tells the Sioux City Journal (http://bit.ly/186qDEg ) the deaths of a man and woman whose bodies were found Thursday morning in a Sioux City house likely weren’t due to foul play. However, police aren’t saying how the two people died and haven’t identified them.
Someone found the bodies and called police.
There also was fire damage in the house, and firefighters were called to ventilate the small, one-story building.
Firefighters managed to revive a dog found in the home that neighbors identified as belonging to the residents. The dog was taken to an animal clinic.
