BELMOND, Iowa – KIMT News 3 is learning a Belmond-Klemme school bus was possibly sprayed by a crop duster this morning in Hancock county. The north Iowa school district put information about the incident on its website to parents. School officials say about 40 students and the bus driver were treated at Iowa Specialty Care in Belmond.

This morning (8/29), bus #7 was sprayed by a crop duster. At this time, we are contacting parents/guardians personally to inform them of the incident. We are suggesting that parents/guardians take precautions and have their children examined by their family physician.
