Boy hurt in bicycle vs automobile accident

CLARKS GROVE, Minn. – A southern Minnesota boy was sent to the hospital Thursday night after being backed into by a vehicle.

Authorities in Freeborn County say a utility trailer parked in the driveway likely contributed to the crash. They say an 11-year-old boy from Clarks Grove was harmed in the accident. He was flown by Mayo One to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester.

His injuries are believe to be non-life threatening.
