MASON CITY, Iowa – A local pro-life group is looking back on one year in operation and celebrating the milestone.
Folks gathered at the “North Central Iowa Right to Life” open house this evening.
The chapter has taken part in several events throughout the year to get their message out.
Diane Warwick, President of the group says they are making a difference.
“I think the awareness, the positive awareness that we have generated to the community. A lot we’ve reached a lot of different people with life, the life message,” said Warwick.
Warwick says their plan now is to reach out to some of the younger people who live in North Iowa.
They would like to see a pro-life group formed within some of the local schools.
