DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) — A former Davenport high school teacher and basketball coach faces new charges of sexual exploitation involving another student.
The Quad-City Times reports (http://bit.ly/18Zysg2) that 37-year-old Daniel Schneiderman was arrested Friday on charges of sexual exploitation by a school employee, first-degree harassment, telephone dissemination of obscene material to a minor-first offense and telephone dissemination of obscene material to a minor-second offense.
He was released from the Scott County Jail after posting $5,000 bond.
An arrest affidavit says Schneiderman engaged in sex with an underage girl who attended North High School from August 2010 to June 2013.
Schneiderman was arrested in August on similar charges after being accused of holding down and kissing and fondled a different student. He resigned shortly thereafter.
