WEST ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Police are looking for a man who robbed a pharmacy in West St. Paul, the second such armed robbery in as many nights.
Police say a man armed with a handgun went into a CVS and demanded prescription drugs from pharmacy staff on Friday evening. After leaving the store, he fled in a vehicle. No one was hurt.
West St. Paul police say the suspect’s description matches that of a man who robbed a Target on Thursday evening. The suspect also went to the pharmacy, displayed a handgun and demanded medications.
After that robbery, hundreds of customers were kept inside the store as officers searched for the suspect.
