KIMT NEWS 3 – Randy Patrie is scheduled to face a federal judge Thursday on firearms charges.
Patrie pleaded guilty last year to several charges of possessing firearms as a felon. Authorities found two dozen guns in his home last July, many of which were stolen from Gilbert’s Sale Yard in Floyd earlier in the spring.
He faces a maximum of 15 years in prison without possibility of parole, and a fine of $250,000.
Investigators say Patrie is also being looked at in connection with the murder of Ken Gallmeyer. Gallmeyer was killed in his home in 2012. Patrie has not been charged in that case.
