High school students volunteer at United Way of North Iowa

A group of high school students are traveling around the Midwest volunteering on different service projects and today they made a stop in Mason City.

These students are from Chanhassen, Minnesota.

They’re a part of a organization called Students Today, Leaders Forever.

They’re making a stop at the United Way of North Iowa to help them out.

They’re clearing out an area of their warehouse and doing a little painting.

“It’s really nice because this is a small town and we’re just glad to be helping and making a difference here,” says student volunteer, McKenna Rockford.

After they’re done in Mason City they’re headed to Kansas City to do some service projects there.
