KIMT NEWS 3 — Minnesotans are getting the chance to see firsthand the accomplishments of the state’s online health insurance marketplace.
MNsure is unveiling new TV and radio ads that show the success and impact its had for Minnesota residents and families.
Recently there’s been a lot of heat on MNsure for not always being a reliable website, among other issues.
The spots highlight how affordable their plans are and while offering the lowest premiums in the country.
MNsure leaders say they hope it helps people decide what’s best for them.
“We do hear stories of people who are getting helped by MNsure every single day and we wanted to tell some of those stories so other Minnesotans can see that MNsure is a real option for them to get that affordable, affordable coverage,” MNsure Interim CEO Scott Leitz said.
He adds that Minnesotans have a deadline of March 31st to sign up.
More than 90,000 Minnesotans have selected health insurance through MNsure.
