ALBERT LEA, Minn. — The fresh half-foot of snow is not only keeping snow plows busy, but is getting on people’s last nerves.
From the morning commute to the afternoon stroll, it has been a mess for area residents.
This winter has been setting records. From the cold, to the wind, to all of the snow, many people are just ready for winter to be over.
“We’ve had like what, two blizzards in the past couple of weeks, and yeah, I think we’re definitely ready for spring,” said Dathen Johnson of Albert Lea.
“I wasn’t expecting this at all, thought it was just going to be a couple of inches, I could brush off the car no problem, but when I looked out the window this morning it was way more than I expected,” said Jon Dierenfeld of Albert Lea.
