The way people communicate is constantly changing and the Public Health Department is trying to keep up.
The Cerro Gordo County Department of Public Health is asking residents to complete a survey to tell them how they prefer to get their information.
It’s a part of a quality improvement grant they received.
The goal is to find the very best way communicate with residents about health related messages.
“Trying to figure out how they best communicate, how they get their news. Via TV, via social media, internet, newspaper and from there we’re trying to figure out how their getting their messages to the best way we can communicate with them about health related messages,” says Nola Aigner, Public Information Officer.
There are several different ways to take the survey. You can submit it online or in person at the health department.
