Simple Smoothie (serves 2)
All you need:
1 fresh orange, peeled
1 container of vanilla Greek yogurt
2 cups fresh spinach
2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced, frozen if possible
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1-2 cups ice cubes
All you do:
- Add orange, Greek yogurt, spinach and bananas to blender.
- Blend on lower speed until ingredients begin to blend together. Add ice cubes and chia seeds and blend on high until mixture is desired consistency. You may need to add milk or water to the smoothie to make it the correct texture.
