ROCHESTER, Minn – The Rochester International Airport will soon be down one air carrier, after Allegiant announced on Wednesday they will not have a scheduled service after May 14th, 2014. Travelers who have reservations beyond that date will be contacted directly by Allegiant for a full refund. “We are always disappointed to end service in a market,” said Eric Fletcher, Allegiant Travel Co. Manager of Airports. “We thank the Rochester International Airport for their partnership and apologize to any travelers who are inconvenienced by this decision.”
Allegiant began service from the Rochester International Airport on November 1st, 2012.
