1 dead after shooting in Mankato


MANKATO, Minn. (AP) — Mankato police say gunfire broke out at a club, leaving one person dead and three others injured.

A KTOE-AM report (http://bit.ly/1hf2KyH ) says the shooting happened Sunday just before 2 a.m. at the Kato Entertainment Center. A suspect has been arrested and a handgun was recovered.

Police haven’t released many other details, but they say the shooting didn’t appear to be random.

The three people who were wounded are expected to survive.

Two other people have been arrested for obstruction of legal process.
