DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Four men have been charged with hunting violations after shooting two ducks and two squirrels with a pellet gun in Davenport.
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources says charges of hunting without a license, hunting out of season, failure to have a waterfowl stamp, and for shooting waterfowl with lead shot were filed against 19-year-old Hay Seet of Rock Island, Illinois.
Another man from Rock Island and two from Waukesha, Wisconsin, were charged with hunting without a license and taking a game bird out of season.
The DNR says the ducks and squirrels were shot at Credit Island Park in Davenport on Sunday.
