ROCHESTER, Minn. – Eight time olympic medalist Apolo Ohno will be headlining this year’s Mayo Clinic Healthy Human Race.
The three day event in August will have numerous runs, activities and even a fun run. There will also be an expo to showcase the latest in health and wellness. Officials with the Mayo Clinic say they are excited for the event, especially since such a role model for fitness like Ohno will be attending.
“It really shows Mayo’s commitment to health, fitness, and wellness, both to our community , to our region and really, globally.” Dr. Ed Laskowski Co-Director of Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center said.
Registration for the event is now open. It will run from August 22nd to the 24th.
