Chicken-Strawberry Poppy Seed Wrap
Prep: 15 minutes Serves: 4
All you need:
¼ cup Hy-Vee Select poppy seed dressing
¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
4 Flat-Out wraps
1 cup fresh spinach, divided
2 cups coarsely shredded Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken breast, divided
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries, divided
½ cup sliced red onions, divided
¼ cup chopped walnuts, divided
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced, divided
All you do:
1. In a small bowl, combine poppy seed dressing and yogurt. To assemble wrap, spread poppy seed mixture on wrap. Top each wrap with spinach leaves, chicken, strawberry slices, red onions and walnuts; sprinkle with basil. Roll wrap and enjoy!
