ROCHESTER, Minn. – A convicted felon has been arrested for having a weapon in Rochester.

Police say this happened early Saturday morning right outside of the Top Shots bar in downtown. Officers responded to a large fight, that included a weapon that had been lying on a table, when one of them noticed a man walking quickly away from the scene with what looked like a handgun.
