ROCHESTER, Minn. – A southern Minnesota dealership has not five, but seven vehicles stolen from them over the weekend.
Rochester Police say employees noticed the cars missing and immediately called it in. A total of seven cars were taken including a $64,000 Porsche. As authorities were investigating the crime, employees at Tom Kadlec looked around town for the stolen vehicles and found the Porsche in a McDonald’s parking lot. Four others were found in a motel parking lot by St. Mary’s Hospital in downtown. “Two subjects who were inside the hotel had been watching the employees who had found the vehicles and then they bailed out or when out the back window of the room they were staying at the hotel,” Mike Sadauskis with the Rochester Police Department said.
So far those people have not been caught and two vehicles remain stolen. Police say they do have several people of interest in this case.
