Burning out on work

ROCHESTER, Minn. – The Fourth of July might be a good time to decompress from your job.

More and more people across the United States are suffering from job burnout. “Well when you are burnt out, one of the main symptoms is irritability so you are going to be biting people’s heads off, essentially the people you care about. When that happens, that can wreck  relationships,” Occupational Psychiatrist with the Mayo Clinic Dr. Greg Couser said. Some of the other symptoms include being cynical while on the job and also unsatisfied.

Dr. Couser says a vacation could help your mind slip from work but if you return to the same conditions, it won’t help much.
