ROCHESTER, Minn. – Officials in the state of Minnesota have released the jobs numbers for June.
Overall, employers in the state added around 8,500 jobs during that month which helped the unemployment rate dip to %4.5. Even though summer is in full swing, there are still a number of jobs out there. “Definitely more in the IT realm. We have come up with a lot of development positions, a lot of technical positions in general. We have seen a lot more jobs opening up actually,” Branch Manager with Hire Investment Josh Seresse said.
The unemployment rate is one of the lowest in seven years.
