ROCHESTER, Minn. – Those cheese curds are almost done and ready to eat, the Olmsted County Fair is back.
Monday morning crews were gearing up for the annual free fair which is held in Rochester. Those who work at the fair say a lot of work goes into planning one of the biggest fairs in our area, but they are ready for folks to come down. From food to games and even rides, there are a lot of things for folks to do. “They can expect some education on agriculture. We have our Miracle of Birth Center where they will see cows have calves, pigs having piglets and chickens hatching,” President of the Olmsted County Fair Board Terry Leary said.
The fair runs until Sunday night, and rides and vendors should be ready by Tuesday.
