Man threatened with box cutter in Rochester

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Police respond to an incident involving a box cutter in Rochester.

Law enforcement say it happened Wednesday evening in the 4200 block of 22nd Avenue Northwest and involved two males. The suspect, 25-year-old Ojak Gwer of Rochester, is accused of taking out a box cutter and making threats toward another person. Police believe the argument started over some kind of miscommunication between the two.

Nobody was hurt. Gwer is facing second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon charges and making terroristic threats among others.
