ROCHESTER, Minn. – Police in southern Minnesota need your help in finding a dog owner who was involved in a dog attack.
Rochester authorities say the incident happened last Thursday in the 1700 block of 2nd Avenue Southwest. They believe a male in his middle 40’s, around 6’2 or 6’3 with a muscular build and long dark wavy hair was walking his two dogs down the sidewalk. One of the dogs is describe as large and white, the other is a smaller Jack Russell Terrier. Police say the larger of the two dogs then attacked another, causing enough injuries to require surgery. A woman who owned the attacked dog tried to break up the fighting when she received several scratches and puncture wounds from the animal.
