ROCHESTER, Minn. – One person has been arrested for an attack in Rochester.
Police believe Lual Deng is one of five or six men to attack and hold a teenager at gun point. It happened on August 25 at Mayo Park right behind the Mayo Civic Center.
A similar attack happened at the same location just days before. Authorities still don’t know if Deng is connected to that attack as well.
Police have since kept a close eye on the area but say you can pay extra attention as well. “It’s just looking around, giving the appearance that you are aware of your surroundings,” Lt. Mike Sadauskis with the Rochester Police Department said.
Both victims are okay and did not suffer serious injuries.
