Innovation Center opens in north Iowa

FOREST CITY, Iowa – Forest City Economic Development is opening a new facility that will give business professionals a new option for working remotely.

It’s called the Forest City Innovation Center, and it provides offices, wireless internet, and a conference room, as well as supplies and access to a printer.

The space will be available for membership and will be accessible 24-hours a day.

Those who helped make the center a reality say the benefits of the Innovation Center go beyond providing work space.

“Using this as a collaborative space, there will always be people to bounce ideas off of, to share things with and to create that comradery that comes along with people that are entrepreneurs,” says John Roisen, Vice President of Forest City Economic Development.

The Innovation Center is currently accepting applications for membership, if you’re interested, you can contact Forest City Economic Development.
