Third guilty plea in Olmsted County burglary

ROCHESTER, Minn. – The third defendant in a Haverhill Township burglary is pleading guilty.

44-year-old Scott Anthony Boland of Rochester entered guilty pleas Thursday to 3rd degree burglary and 3rd degree drug possession.  He was arrested in December, 2015, along with Paul Moe of Lake City and Ashton Lee of Dodge Center.

Moe and Lee have also pled guilty to 3rd degree burglary in this case.  Moe was sentenced to 27 months in prison and Lee received 90 days in jail.

Boland will be sentenced on December 28.
