AUSTIN, Minn. – The final defendant in a liquor store robbery is pleading guilty.
24-year-old Leonard Lamar Booth of Rochester was charged with simple robbery and theft for stealing from Apollo Liquor in Austin on Thanksgiving Day, 2015.
Two other men arrested for the crime have already entered guilty pleas. David Dorenzo of Rochester received three years of probation and Levell Booth of Rochester was sentenced to 17 months in prison.
On Friday, Leonard Booth pled guilty to theft and will be sentenced on January 5.
