ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was ticketed for not having a driver’s license after a crash on Thursday night.

Around 9:30 p.m., the Rochester Police Department, Rochester Fire Department and Gold Cross Ambulance responded to West River Parkway just north of Zumbro Drive. The car driven by 22-year-old Ubah Mohamed was found crashed into a wooded area east of the road. She was found semi-responsive and was extricated, then transported for treatment of serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities say weather and speed were factors in the crash.
