Rochester man sentenced for violent threat

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Threatening someone gets an Olmsted County man probation.

43-year-old Joshua Aaron Reilly of Rochester was arrested on June 28 and accused of breaking into a home in the 1300 block of 4th Avenue SW.  The resident of the home said Reilly threatened to kill him over a money dispute.

Reilly entered a guilty plea in July to threats of violence and was sentenced Monday to five years of probation and must serve 50 hours of community service or pay a $500 fine.
