ROCHESTER, Minn. – A local business that hasn’t even had its doors open for a whole year is already hoping to make a positive impact on the community.
During the month of September, FASTSIGNS of Rochester will be donating 5% of their banner sales to the Ronald McDonald House. Last year, the non-profit provided housing for nearly 900 families with seriously ill children being treated at Mayo Clinic.
The owner of FASTSIGNS Rochester, Andy Anderson says they will continue to focus on giving back by choosing a different cause to support each month.
“Even though we’re a national franchise and we have over 600 locations world-wide, we are here locally and we just want people to know that. Just because we are national doesn’t mean that we can’t take care of our local Rochester, Minnesota, area too.”
In August, FASTSIGNS was able to donate around $2,000 to the American Red Cross.
