2 arrested after Rochester pursuit


ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man and woman were arrested after a police pursuit on Thursday afternoon.

Police received a call about an assault around 4:30 p.m. and spotted the vehicle in question parked in the middle of the road in the 1700 block of 25th Ave. NW.  A man was outside the car at the time and the female driver was inside. Police say they saw the squad car and the man got inside the vehicle before they took off.

Officers were able to keep the vehicle in eyesight before pulling them over near 19th St. NW in a high-risk traffic stop with guns drawn.

The driver, 29-year-old Sonja Bartlowe, was arrested on charges of fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct. The passenger, 26-year-old Kale Hadoff, of Chatfield, had a felony warrant out for his arrest on narcotics-related charges and also was charged with disorderly conduct.
