ROCHESTER, Minn. – Rochester police arrested three people on Wednesday morning as part of an ongoing drug investigation.
Officers executed a search warrant around 9 a.m. at 2015 43rd St. NW and arrested three Rochester residents: 23-year-old Brandon Sum, 24-year-old Steven Voeun and 27-year-old Ashley Yang.
Police say they found 316 grams of marijuana, 98 grams of cocaine, Xanax pills and ecstasy, also known as MDMA. They say a child lived in the home where the drugs were found.
Yang faces charges of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and child endangerment, Voeun faces a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance sales and Sum faces charges of first-degree controlled substance sales and child endangerment. Police say Sum was also arrested in August for being in possession of a controlled substance.
