ROCHESTER, Minn. – A second person arrested in connection to a string of burglaries is pleading guilty.
30-year-old Vesma Chan of Rochester entered guilty pleas Friday to charges of theft and 5th degree marijuana possession. She and Hoang Huy Duong of Rochester were apprehended on June 8 after an investigation into a burglary attempt that turned into a stabbing in the County Club Manor area.
Duong has pled guilty to one count of theft and will be sentenced on November 7.
Chan will be sentenced on November 21.
