ROCHESTER, Minn. – A 19-year-old arrested in a reported parking lot rumble is pleading not guilty.
Aaliyah Angel Moss of Rochester entered not guilty pleas Tuesday to charges of 2nd degree riot, 2nd degree assault and 5th degree assault. She was arrested on September 15 after Rochester police responded to a report of a group of women fighting in a parking lot in the 1900 block of 8 ½ Street SE.
One of the alleged victims said she was hit in the head with a baseball bat and police said the windows on a vehicle were smashed.
Moss was arrested in Oronoco a few hours after the alleged fight with the help of the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office.
Her trial is set for January 30.
